THIS week's Down Memory Lane collection comes from Kent lady Laurie McGregor, who originally comes from Ballingry.
Laurie, who now lives in Deal, took these, along with around 20 other old pictures, after a visit home a few years back.
There is a picture of Glencraig Pipe Band from 1936, which was at a time when the coal industry was producing some outstandingly successful bands; and another shows pipers at a gala event.
The other two show different scenes from life in the pre-war days in Benarty.
One is of a summer outing with everyone dressed in their summer finery while the other is a street scene with some mums and a lot of children.
If you have an old photograph that to would like to see in our Down Memory Lane feature send them to editorial@centralfifetimes.co.uk or take it to the Times Office, 17 Bank Street, Lochgelly, on a Monday or a Friday.
