A BALLINGRY teen who sent underage girls sexual pictures and videos has been placed on a supervision order.

Connor Wilson, 18, of Kirkland Avenue, previously admitted that between January 1 and September 28, 2016, at his home address, he, a person who had attained the age of 16 years, did intentionally cause a child who had attained the age of 13 years but had not attained the age of 16 years, to look at a sexual image in that he sent her a photograph of a penis.

He also admitted that on December 14, 2016, at his home address, he, a person who attained the age of 16 years, did intentionally cause a child who had attained the age of 13 years but had not attained the age of 16 years, to look at a sexual image in that he did send her two videos of persons engaging in sexual activity.

Sheriff Alison McKay sentenced to him to partake in a 12 months supervision order with three additional conduct requirements.

Those are that he must stay at his home address, he cannot have any contact with children under 16 and has to make available to police any devices that take photographs or videos.
