A 46-year-old man has been put on a ‘tag’ for aggressive behaviour towards his partner in Ballingry.
Joseph Kirby had previously been put on a community payback order but breached it and so was back in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He had admitted that on April 8, 2022 at Kirkland Gardens, Ballingry, he acted aggressively towards his partner, shouted, swore, refused to leave the property and threw a piece of brick at a window causing damage to it.
Defence solicitor Lee Qmsieh said his client had long-standing problems with alcohol which had worsened in recent years.
Sheriff Susan Duff revoked the community payback order and replaced it with a four-month restriction of liberty order.
