TWO youths carried out a violent attack in Kelty leaving their victim severely injured.
The pair, who cannot be named for legal reasons, have both admitted committing the assault on a 16-year-old youth at a local school.
At Dunfermline Sheriff Court they admitted that on July 10 last year at St Joseph’s Primary School, Cocklaw Street, Kelty, whilst acting together, they assaulted a youth then aged 16 by repeatedly punching, kicking, striking with the knee to his head and body and they held him against a wall, all to his severe injury.
Only one of the youths was in court but the other had submitted his guilty plea by letter.
Sheriff Susan Duff deferred the case until July 20 for both assailants to be present.
