ScotRail are advising customers not to travel with severe disruption on the Fife Circle line and across Scotland.
Storm Ali has firmly hit West Fife with an amber weather warning now in place until 6pm tonight (Wednesday).
Gusts of up to 75mph are battering the area causing disruption.
All services are cancelled from and to Edinburgh currently until at least 19:28.
Stagecoach services are still running although maybe subject to delay.

This unfortunate holiday home in our pictures is nearly on the road at Pettycur Bay Holiday Par.
On a public path just beside Leys Park Road carpark a large tree had thumped to the ground completely blocking off access.
The group of trees are just beside the Scout Hall and it's lucky that no one was hurt.
Traffic Scotland are also warning drivers to use caution with surface area in the region and the Forth Road Bridge, Queensferry Crossing and Kincardine Bridge is closed to high sided and double decker vehicles.
Edinburgh Airport have advised passangers to check with their airline to see if their flight might be affected.
A yellow weather warning for wind will remain in place until 10pm.
