THE Cardiology Department at the Victoria Hospital, in Kirkcaldy, is £1,000 better off through a fundraising venture by Cardenden Health Club
The Health Club members decided that this year's Charity Show would be held in support of the the Cardiology Department at the Vic and it turned out to be a great success.
Lochgelly comedian, Bert Allan, played his part in making the show a success and said: "A big thank-you goes from the club members to Mark Mulgrew for organising all the artistes and Robbie Carran for compering the show.
"It was a great event and we were delighted to raise £1,000."
On behalf of the club Bert Allan presented Dr Francis, of three Cardiology Department, with a cheque for £1,000 and he said he was sincerely grateful for this very generous donation and wished the club all the best in the future.
