SHOW jumping and a baby animals tent are just two of the attractions taking place at Saturday's Central and West Fife Agricultural Show.

This year's event at Hilton Farm, near Kelty, is all about farming fun for all the family.

The show will allow the public the chance to see Clydesdale horses, ponies and dairy and beef cattle with a host of in-ring entertainment also being held throughout the day.

Popular competitions such as tug of war and 'roll a bale of straw' make their returns as teams compete during the afternoon.

Youngsters will see baby lambs, calves, goats and chicks in the baby animals tent.

There will be a story-teller, a sheep shearing demonstration, and children also get the chance to milk 'Daisy the Cow'.

Jenny Thomson from Courses for Cooks will be running two cookery demonstrations with a Ready Steady Cook theme in the food and craft tent.

Vintage tractors will be on display and a variety of trade stands will sell everything from tractors to toys.

The event is holding a dog show with classes ranging from pedigree puppies through to the waggiest tail.

The family fun day starts at 9am and finishes at 5pm.

Tickets cost £10 adults, £5 OAPs and children under 14 go free.
