A PLAN to create a restaurant from a former bank building in Lochgelly has been lodged with Fife Council.
Sava Estates have asked for consent to change the use of the former TSB branch, at 142-146 Main Street, from a bank to a restaurant (Class 3) with a takeaway including the erection of a flue to the rear.
The branch closed last summer.
