THE big Cardenden Christmas Lights Switch-on is next Friday afternoon.
The Cardenden Environment Group has put together an afternoon of entertainment and fun. The lights switch-on has become a much looked forward to calendar event in the ABCD villages.
The Christmas Lights Switch On will take place in Cardenden’s Community Garden on Friday December 1 at 4pm.
Said the Environment Group’s Mary Murdoch: “We are hoping for a good turn out to the event next Friday. There will be a wee Christmas market and raffle. There will be free refreshments and Christmas pie provided by our local Co-op who we thank them warmly. We are also hoping for the Cardenden Santa train to attend and music from the Auchterderran singers.”
