Dunfermline Sheriff Court
A BALLINGRY woman drove while disqualified, refused to take a breath test and then spat on police officers.
Michelle Kirby, 33, of Capledrae Court, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court where she admitted a string of offences.
On May 6 on Lochleven Road and Balbedie Court, Lochore, she drove a car while disqualified and without insurance.
On the same day at Dunfermline Police Station she assaulted a police constable by spitting on him.
She also failed to provide breath specimens for an alcohol test.
Sheriff Derek Reekie called for reports and Kirby will be sentenced on September 6.
