A LOCHGELLY man has appeared in Court facing two petitions alleging drug dealing.

Stewart Murray, 31, of Main Street, appeared in private at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.

It is alleged that on April 20 at Zetland Place, Lochgelly, he drove a car dangerously, mounted the pavement and drove around two detective constables.

It is also alleged that on the same day at Main Street, he was in possession of diamorphine with intent to supply.

The second petition alleges that on August 9 at Dunfermline Police Station, Murray was in possession of diamorphine with intent to supply.

He made no plea or declaration, the case was continued for further examination and he was remanded in custody.
