Checking speed vital for safety.
PUBLIC influenced speed checks have been undertaken by the Cowdenbeath Community Police team this week as part of their commitment to enforcing road safety.
Officers were out with the speed camera in Broad Street, Foulford Road and Perth Road in Cowdenbeath and Main Street, Hill of Beath.
Drivers clearly respond to these sort of activities and there will be other such speed checks in other parts of the Cowdenbeath-Lochgelly area over the next few days.
