A TEENAGER who punched his 30-year-old neighbour in a racist incident has appeared from custody at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
In the dock was Christopher Roberts, 18, of Rosewell Drive, Lochore.
He admitted that on June 23 at Rosewell Drive, he assaulted his neighbour by punching him on the face.
He also admitted vandalising a car by kicking and punching its wing mirrors and acting in a racially-aggravated manner to the complainant by shouting racist abuse at him.
The thug shouted: “F*** you, you P*** b******”.
Defence solicitor Danielle Valera said: “The issue seems to stem from alcohol misuse.”
She added her client was unemployed and lived at his mother’s.
Sheriff James Williamson called for reports and imposed a 9pm-7am curfew on Roberts until he is sentenced on July 19.
