KIRKCALDY and Cowdenbeath MP Roger Mullin wants his constituents to share their views on Brexit.

The SNP politician will host an European Union themed open surgery at the Lochgelly Centre at 1pm on Saturday.

It follows on from an event back in September, which Mr Mullin said had "helped to reiterate the great boost EU membership has brought to the constituency and highlight the value and contribution of EU nationals to Scotland".

The MP said: “The Scottish Government has shown great leadership in challenging times to bring experts together and publish a plan for protecting Scotland’s place in the EU.

“Many of my constituents have approached me with concerns over what Brexit means for their future, with the triggering of Article 50 looming, I felt it an appropriate time to hold an EU-themed surgery as a platform for debate and discussion amongst my constituents.

"I would encourage anyone who has something to say on Brexit to come along on February 18 to join in the discussion.”
