BEHAVING in an aggressive manner and assaulting a boy resulted in a fine for a Kelty man this week.
Appearing for sentencing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court on Wednesday, Gary Croal (39), of Croall Place, had earlier admitted assaulting a boy at his home on 15th October last year by seizing him by the clothing and throwing him onto the couch.
He also behaved in a threatening or abusive manner which was likely to cause a reasonable person to suffer fear or alarm by shouting and acting in an aggressive manner towards the boy.
Defence solicitor Ian Beatson said his client lost his temper and appreciated he went about matters the wrong way.
Sheriff Charles Macnair fined Croal a total of £225.
