EVERYTHING is virtually set to go with the 2016 Spooky Walk in Benarty.

This annual Benarty Fundraisers event attracted almost 300 walkers last year who found themselves seeing things in Lochore Meadows Country Park they could not believe!

And the Fundraisers hope that they can top that number this weekend.

The Spooky Walk is a key element of the Fundraisers plans to raise cash to back community causes and they would hope that through sponsorship they can raise more than £2000.

Said the BF's James Fotheringham: "The route through the country park will have a few surprises in store for the walkers but the main thing is plenty of people turn out and have a lot of fun.

"Registration at Lochore Institute opens at 6.30pm and will remain open until 8.30pm and the cost is £10 per person.

"The first walkers will head out on to the Spooky Walk starting at 7pm and then the fun will begin."

If you want information on the walk contact James on 07801855566 or just turn up on the night from 6.30pm at the Institute.

Meanwhile the children's Hallowe'en Party will also be taking place on Saturday evening starting at 6pm at the Institute.

There will be dooking for apples and scary moments planned for the youngsters.

There are a few tickets still left for the three hour fun packed event and if anyone wants tickets contact Lea McLelland on 07596727308.
