LOCHGELLY based Rubber Stamp Promotions are delighted to announce that Kolours will be playing their first gig at Wee Jimmies, Cowdenbeath, on Friday May 4 with support from The Ellies.

DJ Booth is also booked for this one as well. No tickets are required, entry is a bargain £3 on the door! Note that this event is being held in the downstairs lounge and will run from 8pm to 1am.

Kolours are a 4 piece band from Central Scotland. With keys infused melodic verses and anthemic choruses, combining a range of influences to create a diverse sound. This band are well known local musician, Kyle Farrell's new project.

Kyle has worked many times with Rubber Stamp Promotions, going back as far as February 2009 when Kyle fronted The Lane at the very first Rubber Stamp Promotions gig held at Lochgelly Town Hall! Apart from his band work, Kyle's solo work has seen him support the likes of Chris Helme ex The Seahorses, Tom Hingley ex Inspiral Carpets and Rod Jones of Idlewild at Rubber Stamp Promotions gigs.

The Ellies are a 3 piece indie rock band, more hooks than velcro. Straight down and dirty pop songs on a bender!

Local DJ, Graeme Booth who currently presents the Saturday breakfast show on Radio West Fife will be playing a mix of indie tunes old and new to finish the night off with. Get on your dancing shoes!
