FOLLOWING a successful live appearance at the Empire Theatre in 1954, Stan and Ollie return to Edinburgh for the first time in 63 years!

Forrester Clifton Pyke accompanies four of his favourite silent shorts from these masters of comedy live on the grand piano.

Each film is 20 minutes long and absolutely hilarious.

And we have a pair of tickets up for grabs for these four pieces of work from Laurel and Hardy at the Festival Theatre on Friday October 6.

The programme of Entertainments includes:

Bacon Grabbers: Mr Kennedy has failed to maintain payments on his radio set, and Stan and Ollie have to serve a summons then collect the radio - but Kennedy puts up a fight!

Do Detectives Think: Two bodyguards arrive at a judge's home, unaware that the new butler is really an escaped killer!

The Second 100 Years: Little Goofy and Big Goofy are shaven-headed convicts eager to escape prison.

Liberty: The convicts break jail and look for a place to change into civilian clothes - but end up on atop a partially completed skyscraper!Forrester Clifton Pyke's work on the grand piano perfectly accompany our two comedians as they go about their fun filled work.

To win the pair of tickets for Festival showing of these four Laurel and Hardy classics tell us the first names of the dynamic comedy duo and send your entry to the Times Office, 17 Bank Street, Lochgelly, KY5 9QQ by Wednesday September 27.
