WOOD.- Ada and family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy and their many flowers and cards received during the recent sad loss of Ivan. Most grateful and sincere thanks to the Marie Curie nurses and the doctors and staff at Rosewell medical practice for their care and kindness throughout Ivan's illness. Thanks also to Reverend Donald Lawrie for his uplifting words and comforting service, to John Gilfillan Funeral Directors for their help and guidance and to the piper Stevie Dewar for his most stirring tribute. And finally a special thanks to all those who came together at the church and afterwards at the cemetery to pay their last respects to Ivan and for their very generous donations of £1000.00 to Marie Curie Nurses.
